The growing season is well underway at Barefoot Gardens.  We are already harvesting mesclun, spinach and various baby greens including kale and beets.  It’s easy to see new leaves from sugar snap peas, fava beans, cilantro, swiss chard, cabbage, brocolli, carrots, potatoes… so many it’s hard to list all of them.
